and imagine a pair of bright leggings with various colors

Now imagine a shirt or blouse with the same amount of big bold colors

Ok, don't ever do this

and see some very bold colors and "In Your Face" Patterns that stick out
But notice with these types of leggings or tights
I am wearing little or no jewelry
No shoes with a lot going on
And basic pieces (white top, black top)
You can do color overload, Statement on the top and bottom
is a no no
Unless you want to look as if you took a bath in skittles
Not Judging...Just Saying
It's like doing a 3 shadow colorful eye and then putting on bold lipstick
It just isn't fair to your face
